1. A 2 page systems checklist for your prospective staff member on their 3 month trial period. When they learn a new system in your business, simply tick it off as being understood and ensure that the intern is competent in the process. Our recommendation is that all tasks must be completed and understood before the staff is offered a formal position within your business.
2. A checklist outlining an orientation process recommended for your new employee. Everything you need to do to ensure your employee is properly set-up in the workplace with their fellow peers.
